FCC Vendor Registration

FCC Vending Committee invites you to the FCC Vending Village, November 4th and 5th. With well over 100 varied vendors throughout the FCC weekend, we are sure to have some of the best selections of merchandise, fraternity and sorority paraphernalia and delicious food items in the HBCU tailgating/vending region. We can assure the FCC Vending experience is a win-win for patrons and vendors.

FCC vending is hosted in two safe and family friendly locations, the Columbus Trade Center on Friday, November 4th and Saturday, November 5th and South Commons/A.J. McClung Memorial Stadium, Saturday, November 5th ONLY. Food vendors are only allowed vending opportunities at South Commons/A.J. McClung Memorial Stadium.

FCC does NOT allow patron/vendor golf carts or motorized vehicles in vending area.

Tickets/Registration

Rules & Regulations

Vendors purchasing permits online are required to print proof of purchase, as this will be required to redeem your vending location. No Exceptions to this policy. Online advance sales for vending locations will end promptly on October 31, 2016.(NO EXCEPTIONS). 
After that time ALL sales are deemed “walk-up” sales which will be sold at the “walk-up” advertised rate.

All vendors must pre-register online or at the FCC Vendor areas designated for the FCC weekend. The Vendor areas are as follows: Columbus Trade Center located at 800 Front Avenue, Cols, GA and A.J. McClung Memorial Stadium located at 100 4th Avenue, Cols. GA on November 4-5, 2016.
Hours of operation for Vendor registration areas will be confirmed via email 48-72 hours prior to advance sales cut off time. Please ensure all email contact information is accurate and relevant as this is pertinent to any updates or information which may need to be relayed by the FCC Vending Chairman.

Please be advised that the FCC office will no longer receive faxes of vending applications. Vending applications faxed into the office will NOT hold or guarantee vending area; vending spaces will not be held without a minimum of a 50% deposit. Vending spaces are non-refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS).

FOOD VENDORS-please be advised, food CAN NOT be sold in the Columbus Trade Center.
NO FOOD VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE COLUMBUS TRADE CENTER.

Vendors needing access to electricity at the Columbus Trade Center, please be advised additional fees will apply. Please contact our office at 706-324-4080 for electrical fees at the Columbus Trade Center.

All vendors please ensure that you fill out ALL online material accurately and bring your completed form to the registration area to expedite vending assignment process.
